Kalvani Shipping Policy

At Kalvani, every rug is sourced and shipped with care. Because of the handcrafted nature of our products and the intentional sourcing process, we ask that you review the following shipping terms before placing your order.


1. Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days after purchase.

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed and is preparing for shipment.


2. Shipping Timeline

  • Standard shipping is free within the continental U.S.

  • Our rugs are sourced internationally and shipped to our U.S. location before final delivery to you.

  • Most orders are delivered within 4–6 weeks, depending on the product type and destination.


3. Shipping Methods

  • We ship through major carriers such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL.

  • Tracking information will be provided once your item has shipped from our U.S. location.


4. Shipping Locations

  • We currently ship to all 48 contiguous U.S. states.

  • We do not currently ship to P.O. boxes, Hawaii, Alaska, or internationally.


5. Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If your package arrives visibly damaged, please take clear photos of the packaging and rug before opening it and contact us at support@kalvani.co within 48 hours of delivery.

  • If a shipment is lost in transit or does not arrive within the expected window, please reach out and we will investigate with the carrier.
