Kalvani Return & Exchange Policy
At Kalvani, we stand behind the craftsmanship and intention behind every piece. Our rugs are not mass-produced — they’re sourced, packed, and shipped with care. Because of this, we have a return and exchange policy designed to protect both your experience and the integrity of our process.
If Your Item Arrives Damaged
We offer a full refund or exchange on any item that arrives damaged.
- You must notify us within 7 days of delivery
- Include photos clearly showing the damage
- The item must not have been used or displayed
- We will provide a prepaid return label
If You Change Your Mind
We understand that choosing a rug is an extension of your home’s character.
- We offer a 14 day money back guarantee on all first orders
- You’ll be responsible for the cost of return shipping
- If you'd like an exchange, we'll cover the cost of sending the replacement rug to you
- All items must be in new condition (no stains, pet hair, odors, or damage)
- After your exchange is completed, all sales are considered final
We Do Not Accept:
- Returns or exchanges on used, soiled, or altered items
- More than one exchange per order
- Refunds for any reason other than a damaged item reported within 7 days of delivery or unsatisfied purchases within 14 days of delivery
