Kalvani Return & Exchange Policy
At Kalvani, we stand behind the craftsmanship and intention behind every piece. Our rugs are not mass-produced — they’re sourced, packed, and shipped with care. Because of this, we have a return and exchange policy designed to protect both your experience and the integrity of our process.


If Your Item Arrives Damaged
We offer a full refund or exchange on any item that arrives damaged.

  • You must notify us within 7 days of delivery
  • Include photos clearly showing the damage
  • The item must not have been used or displayed
  • We will provide a prepaid return label

If You Change Your Mind
We understand that choosing a rug is an extension of your home’s character.

  • We offer a 14 day money back guarantee on all first orders
  • You’ll be responsible for the cost of return shipping
  • If you'd like an exchange, we'll cover the cost of sending the replacement rug to you
  • All items must be in new condition (no stains, pet hair, odors, or damage)
  • After your exchange is completed, all sales are considered final

We Do Not Accept:

  • Returns or exchanges on used, soiled, or altered items
  • More than one exchange per order
  • Refunds for any reason other than a damaged item reported within 7 days of delivery or unsatisfied purchases within 14 days of delivery
