FAQs

Where do your rugs come from?
All Kalvani rugs are custom-designed by our team and hand-tufted by skilled artisans. Each piece is made with care and selected with intention.

Are the rugs handmade?
Yes. All Kalvani rugs are hand-tufted by skilled artisans using traditional techniques. We do not sell printed or machine-made rugs.

Are the rugs one of a kind?
No. While each rug may have slight natural variations, our designs are reproducible and not one of a kind. This ensures consistency without compromising authenticity.

How long does shipping take?
Shipping typically takes three to five weeks. Each rug is first delivered to our studio in New York before being sent to you. This allows us to ensure quality and keep handling personal.

Do you offer refunds or exchanges?
We want you to love your Kalvani rug. That's why we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee from the date of delivery. If you're not completely satisfied, you can return your rug for a full refund as long as it's in like-new condition (unworn, unstained, with no odors, pet hair, or damage). Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Is shipping free?
Yes. Standard U.S. shipping is free.

How do I care for my rug?
Kalvani rugs are made from 100% New Zealand wool and crafted to last. To keep your rug looking its best, vacuum regularly using suction only (no beater bar), rotate every few months, and blot spills immediately with a clean, dry cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals and professional cleaning is recommended for deep stains or long-term care.
